This Privacy Policy of Red Button Ltd. (“Red Button”, “we” or “our”) applies to our website www.red-button.net and all its subdomains and associated domains (collectively, the “Website”). The terms of this Privacy Policy are incorporated by reference into Red Button Site Terms.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any information collected by Red Button’s customers, which Red Button may process on behalf of its customers as part of the provision of Red Button’s services to its customers. Information collected by Red Button’s customers shall be governed solely by their respective privacy policies.

We will not use your information for any other purpose without your prior authorization.

If we obtain your personal information through your visit to our Website, interaction with us or any other manner, our legal basis for processing your personal information is that it is necessary for our legitimate interest in providing and developing our services and meeting the requirements of our current and prospective customers.
